New Zealand Shipping:  

  • Flat Rate Tracked Shipping: $10.00 NZD. 
  • Free Tracked Shipping on all orders $75.00 NZD and over.

Australia Shipping: 

  • Economy Tracked Shipping: $18.85 NZD.
  • Free Tracked Shipping on orders $150.00 NZD and over. 
  • Estimated delivery: 3-10 business days after dispatch.

Processing Times: 

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.  
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.  

Delivery Times: 

  • New Zealand orders are generally delivered within 3-5 business days after dispatch. 
  • Please Note: Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on customs processing, courier services, weather conditions, and peak periods. 

Tracking Your Order: 

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. 
  • Customers can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of their delivery.  

Shipping Notes: 

  • Oceania Aura currently ships within New Zealand and Australia 
  • While we work closely with our delivery partners, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather events, or circumstances outside our control.  
  • Rural deliveries may take slightly longer than the estimated delivery times shown above.
