Return & Refund Policy 

Thank you for shopping with Oceania Aura.

We take pride in carefully selecting and packaging every jewellery piece. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.  

Damaged or Faulty Items: 

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. 

Please include: 

  • Your order number 
  • a description of the issue 
  • Clear photographs of the item 

If the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will offer a replacement, store credit or refund where appropriate. 

Change of Mind Returns: 

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on earrings for change-of-mind purchases. 

For necklaces, bracelets and rings, change-of-mind return requests may be considered if: 

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • The item is returned within 14 days of delivery 
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs 

Refunds: 

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used to purchase. 

Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
